4. Recipients and service providers
We may share data only as needed with hosting and website providers, WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, Moosend, professional advisers and public authorities where legally required. With your cookie consent, data may also be processed by Google (Analytics, Maps and YouTube) and Meta (Meta Pixel). These providers act under their own terms and, depending on the service, may act as processors or independent controllers.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful safeguard. You may contact us for further information about applicable safeguards.
6. Retention
We keep order, invoice and transaction records for the period required by Greek tax and commercial law. Support and legal correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or the subscription is otherwise removed. Consent records and security logs are retained for appropriate compliance and security periods. Analytics and advertising retention depends on the settings of the relevant platform and your consent choices.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or the supervisory authority in your country.
