These Terms & Conditions govern use of theodysseytravelguide.com and purchases of digital products sold by Addendum P.C. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

The ebook and other downloads are supplied as digital content, not as physical goods. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the file for private use. Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights remain with the respective rights holders.

You may not share download links, upload the file publicly, resell, sublicense, reproduce commercially, remove rights notices, or use the content to create competing products except where law expressly permits.

3. Product information and travel disclaimer

We aim to describe products accurately. Screenshots, previews and colours may vary by device. Travel information, opening hours, routes, access conditions, prices and filming-location information can change. The guide is for general information and inspiration; customers remain responsible for checking current official information, safety, accessibility, weather, transport, visas and insurance before travel.

4. Ordering, price and payment

Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and we send an order confirmation or make the download available. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, fraud risk or technical failure.

5. Digital delivery

After successful payment, the download is normally made available immediately on the confirmation page and through an email link. Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining a compatible device, internet connection and software capable of opening the stated file format.

6. Immediate supply and withdrawal right

If a customer does not provide the required express request and acknowledgement, immediate access should not be supplied in reliance on this exception. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory right that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Refunds and defective digital content

Because the product is digital and supplied immediately following the express request and acknowledgement described above, change-of-mind refunds are not offered after access or download begins. This does not affect mandatory rights if the file is faulty, corrupted, inaccessible, not supplied, or materially different from its description.

Please notify us promptly with the order number and details. We will first attempt to restore access, replace or correct the file within a reasonable time and without charge or significant inconvenience. Where the law requires and an effective remedy is not possible, an appropriate price reduction or contract termination/refund will be provided.

8. Accounts, acceptable use and availability

You must keep account and download credentials secure and must not misuse the site, bypass access controls, introduce malware, scrape protected content or interfere with service. We may suspend access reasonably necessary to protect the site, rights holders or customers. Temporary maintenance or third-party outages may occur.

9. Intellectual property

The website, guide, writing, layout, graphics, maps, brand names and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks, images and content belong to their respective owners.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by reliance on outdated travel information, third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Greek law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. The competent Greek courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint.

12. Changes and contact
