Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital products purchased from theodysseytravelguide.com and should be read with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Change-of-mind refunds

Changing your mind, purchasing by mistake, not using the download, or lacking compatible software is not normally a basis for a refund after lawful immediate supply has begun. Before purchasing, please review the product description and stated file requirements.

2. Problems covered by statutory rights

The no-change-of-mind rule does not remove mandatory consumer remedies. Contact us if the digital content:

• was not supplied after successful payment;
• cannot be accessed because the supplied link or file is defective;
• is corrupted or does not function as stated; or
• is materially different from its description.

3. How we resolve a valid problem

We will first provide reasonable technical assistance, restore the download, or supply a corrected/replacement file within a reasonable time, free of charge and without significant inconvenience. If required by applicable law and the problem cannot be remedied appropriately, we will provide a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract and refund the amount due.

4. How to request assistance

Email info@theodysseytravelguide.com with your order number, purchasing email address, a description of the problem and, where useful, a screenshot or error message. Do not send full card details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time then depends on Stripe, PayPal and the customer’s financial institution.

5. Withdrawal before supply begins

If applicable law grants a withdrawal right and digital supply has not begun, or the required express request and acknowledgement was not validly obtained, the customer retains the rights provided by law. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights.

This policy should be reviewed whenever the website’s services, payment providers, analytics tools or legal requirements change.
